About

Parent Organization: University of Wisconsin - Madison

Climate Action 350 UW aims to reduce the amount of greenhouse gases in the atmosphere to sustainable levels, specifically 350 parts per million (ppm) of carbon dioxide. The atmosphere's current level is 397 ppm (source: co2now.org, NOAA data for July 2013). We will bring this imperative to the UW-Madison campus by raising awareness and providing resources to students, clubs, and administrators in order to effect meaningful and tangible action to alleviate the problem.
