Classics Graduate Forum
About
The purpose of the Classics Graduate Forum is to organize graduate conferences, lectures by invited speakers, and other similar events which enhance and deepen the educational experience of graduate students engaged in the study of the ancient world. Membership in the Classics Graduate Forum is thus open to any graduate student whose educational interests lie in the ancient world. This is in compliance with the university policy that no student is excluded from membership, officer positions, or participation on the basis of his or her race, color, creed, religion, national origin, disability, ancestry, age, sexual orientation, pregnancy, marital status or parental status, or sex. This principally means students in the Department of Classical and Ancient Near Eastern Studies, but the Classics Graduate Forum also welcomes students from the Departments of History, Art History, Comparative Literature, Political Science, History of Science, Anthropology, and others.
