Parent Organization: University of Wisconsin - Madison
Our mission is to establish the relationship between land, food, and community on the UW-Madison campus as well as the surrounding Madison community through the Student Farm located in the Eagle Heights Community Garden, hands-on sustainable lifestyle workshops, and shared learning experiences.
Membership Requirements (for example: GPA requirements, membership fees)
Our membership is open to all students who choose to sign up to be notified about special opportunities like leading workshops, going on field trips, helping with event set-up, etc... There are not specific requirements besides frequent attendance at events, and signing up for our membership listserv. The majority of our events/workshops will remain open to the campus and greater Madison community. The membership structure serves to increase involvement and commitment of students, not to limit participation of students who cannot commit to membership.
