Student Nurses' Association
About
***PLEASE NOTE: SNA is a group for students who have been admitted to the UW-Madison School of Nursing and are enrolled in either the Traditional BSN Program or the Accelerated BSN Program. If you are a pre-nursing student looking to get involved, please check out the Aspiring Nurses Association (ANA)!***
SNA exists to organize, represent, and mentor students preparing for initial licensure as registered nurses, as well as those enrolled in baccalaureate completion programs;
to convey the standards and ethics of the nursing profession;
to promote development of skills that students will need as responsible and accountable members of the nursing profession;
to advocate for high quality health care; and
to develop nursing students who are prepared to lead the profession in the future.
