Wisconsin Waale A Cappella

Wisconsin Waale is UW-Madison's premiere South Asian A cappella group. We aim to leave a lasting impact through exceptional performances, blending current pop hits with music from South Asia; our diverse repertoire spans Carnatic, Hindustani, and South Asian styles (i.e Bollywood), enriching the Badger community with cultural awareness. Despite being active since 2018, the team was on a short hiatus due to the pandemic. We’ve since rebuilt and are preparing to represent the university at the Association of South-Asian A Cappella circuit as well as put on more showcases like our very first in Spring 2023. Vocalists of all levels are invited to join us to make both music and memories.
