The Association for Women Geoscientists is a global organization devoted to enhancing the quality and level of participation of women in geosciences and to introduce girls and young women to geoscience careers. Membership is open to anyone who supports AWG's goals.
In 2021 we held an informational career panel, where geoscientists zoomed in to present about their career journeys.
We opened the year in 2025 with our annual ice cream social! Free ice cream and great community.
In 2024, we went to middle schools in the Madison area to teach students about geoscience.
