The chassis team is responsible for designing and building the main body of the car! Our weekly meetings consist of planning the base car and working on any parts needed by other teams. The car is made of many different materials and constructed with several different techniques. Most of the parts are modeled using SolidWorks and then 3d printed, and others are fabricated using the laser cutter in the DI lab. New members do not need any prior experience to join chassis! We always make sure to carve out time to teach you everything you need to know to design and make any part. We hope to see you with us!
